At rotation, both bevel gear and ring gear will move for outside.

Bevel gear touches bulkhead and it may generate a loss.
So, I deleted the portion which a gear touches.

The slot of the drive-cup (same as TGS's) is shallow.

When a stroke is long, a pin will interfere in the inner part of a slot, and an operation angle will be regulated.

At standard, It can't be full-steering.

The inside of a circle was deleted by using the stick file and diamond file, so interference was prevented.

After the operation they get the longer stroke level than kit-standard and the smooth drive.
Also give rear-drive-cup same processing.
Use long screws, lock-nuts and flange-pipes to the joints of upper arms, C-hubs, and uprights. Otherwise, you'll get  the suspension trouble on the race.
This pic shows an example.
Stock Chassis is very heavy. So I made many holes at the chassis and the bumper. they lightened 40 gram.
The merit of Adjustable-Teflon-balles.

It is hard to drop, and shock-resistant.

Since the distance from joints is short than standard ball-ends, so shock-tower cannot be twisted easily.

Screw-heads will defend top of shocks from accident.

etc.
There are few loading spaces, small RC mechanism is desirable. High-end Servo is unnecessary, because steering system is weak and fuzzy.

So standard servo saver looks enough.

I recommend making "ESC bed" by sponge and Lexan-sheet. The trouble by the shock can be prevented
The simplest way to set a transponder is to make 7.0mm hole in this position.

Fix your battery to the holder by Fiber-Glass tape. It will be keeping hanging on at hard ride.

"DF-02 aluminum damper" is followed.
